How do I subscribe to the Token Sniffer API?

Please visit the API Pricing page and select one of the available plans.

When will Account Activation occur?

API keys will be activated immediately after payment.

Please make sure not to close the browser after payment. A page will be displayed showing your API key and further instructions.

How quickly do you detect and analyze new token deployments?

Newly deployed token contracts are detected, analyzed, and available to query within 30 seconds of deployment. Token results are updated every 5-15 minutes. In many cases the contract source code is not available until a later time at which point it will be downloaded and analyzed.

A token had a high score and now it's lower, what happened?

The token characteristics can change based on on-chain activity. For example, if the fees are changed by the token creator, or a holder gains more than 5% of the circulating supply, or the liquidity lock expires, then the score will be adjusted lower to reflect these new risks. In general if a token has a perfect 100/100 score then you can be assured that the score will not change more than 20 points within a couple weeks.

What are the payment options available?

All major credit cards that are supported by Stripe.

How do I Upgrade or Cancel an account?

Please use the Stripe billing portal to change your subscription.

What is your refund policy?

Payments made are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any services already paid for.

How does Renewal work?

Stripe billing is auto-renewed by default. Unless you cancel your subscription plan before your billing date, you authorize us to automatically charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your account.
